Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulation (EMEER) 2008

The Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulations 2008 (EMEER 2008) was revoked as outlined in the Efficient Management of Electrical Energy (Revocation) Regulations 2024 published in the Federal Government Gazette.
 

The revocation of EMEER 2008 took effect on 1 January 2025.
