Application Procedure for COA

What documents are required for the Renewal Approval application?

The documents required for the Manufacturing Certificate of Approval are a valid SIRIM Product Certification Licence (PCL) and proof of purchase of ST-SIRIM labels.

For the Import Certificate of Approval, the required documents are:

  • Proof of purchase of ST-SIRIM labels (PP8) through SIRIM consignment activities, or
  • A valid SIRIM Product Certification Licence and proof of purchase of ST-SIRIM labels.

Any changes to the test report (different from the previous application) will require a new application to be submitted. Please refer to the ST website for the procedure to apply for a Certificate of Approval (COA).
