How to apply for a Certificate of Approval (CoA)?

Steps to apply for a Certificate of Approval (CoA):

  1. Register for an e-Permit by contacting Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (DNT) at 1-300-133-133 or via email at careline@dagangnet.com to obtain a user ID and password.
  2. Log in using the ID and password at https://epermit.dagangnet.com, which is also linked through the Energy Commission (ST) website.
